- Design and implement AI models for clinical protocol authoring (OCR, NLP, LLM pipelines).
- Develop automation scripts for document ingestion, transformation, and Snowflake integration.
- Build configurable modules for mandatory vs optional protocol sections.
- Collaborate with testers to embed assurance checks and validation rules Validate AI‑generated protocol content for accuracy, completeness, and compliance.
- Design test cases for assurance checks (audit trails, timestamping, role‑based access).
- Perform functional, regression, and compliance testing of automation scripts.
- Execute automated test scripts (Python, PyTest, Selenium, Postman).
- Conduct Snowflake SQL validation for data accuracy and integrity.
- Support GxP qualification (test evidence, validation reports, traceability matrices)
- 4–5 years in AI/ML development (Python, TensorFlow, PyTorch, LangChain) and QA/testing with focus on AI/ML systems.
- Strong SQL and Snowflake expertise.
- Experience with NLP, document intelligence, and compliance‑driven automation.
- Knowledge of GxP qualification processes (IQ/OQ/PQ).
- Strong skills in automation tools (PyTest, Selenium, Postman).
- Hands‑on Snowflake knowledge for validation and query testing.
- Experience in Life Sciences domain testing and GxP compliance.
- Familiarity with FDA/EMA guidelines and audit documentation.
