The role offers excellent exposure to consulting ERP implementation process improvement and digital transformation across multiple industries.

EDUCATION
CMA Qualified

TECHNICAL SKILLS
Strong understanding of Accounting and Costing principles.
Good analytical and logical thinking ability.
Excellent MS Excel skills (Pivot Tables VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP formulas data analysis).
Strong communication and documentation skills.
Ability to interact confidently with clients.
Problem-solving mindset with attention to detail.
Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines.
ERP systems (Zoho SAP Oracle Microsoft Dynamics Tally etc.)

We are looking for an analytical and business-oriented CMA professional who is passionate about finance technology
and consulting.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Understand client business processes and financial operations.
- Conduct requirement gathering sessions with clients.
- Prepare Business Requirement Documents (BRD) Functional Requirement Specifications (FRS) SOPs and process flow diagrams.
- Analyze existing accounting inventory procurement and operational workflows.
- Suggest process improvements and ERP automation opportunities.
- Work closely with implementation consultants and developers to translate business requirements into functional solutions.
- Perform data analysis reconciliation migration validationand testing.
- Support User Acceptance Testing (UAT) and client training.
- Coordinate with clients throughout the implementation lifecycle.
- Prepare MIS reports dashboards and analytical reports whenever required.
- Assist in post-go-live support and issue resolution.
