Senior Automation & Analytics Developer - Power BI/Python

Responsibilities :

- Take complete ownership of automations across different BUs and drive them from conception to deployment.

- Demonstrate hands-on experience with Power BI and Python.

- Production Support for current automation inventory as a FTE member of the team.

- Participate in feasibility studies, solution design, and technology decision-making processes.

- Ensure adherence to organizational policies, functional architecture strategies, and departmental standards.

- Conduct research on emerging technologies and industry trends.

- Support initiatives to push adoption of new technologies by preparing and delivering training materials.

- Lead and mentor junior developers for complex automations and create fungible team.

- Work closely with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and align digital initiatives with business goals.

- Clearly communicate technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.

Technical :

- 8 - 12 years total experience in Automation and analytics in general.

- Experience in working with complex Power BI dashboards, Analytics with Python, Alteryx and server based hosting.

- Leverage strong analytical and problem-solving skills to interpret complex data sets.

- Create insightful reports and dashboards using Power BI and other data visualization tools.

- Use Python for advanced data analysis and predictive modelling.

- Knowledge of Alteryx, UiPath and Excel/Macro is nice to have.
