SAP PLM Consultant

Role Overview :

We are seeking a seasoned SAP PLM Consultant to lead complex product lifecycle transformations for our global enterprise clients. In this role, you will act as a strategic bridge between business requirements and technical execution, overseeing the end-to-end implementation of SAP PLM and EHS solutions. You will collaborate closely with cross-functional stakeholders, including engineering, manufacturing, and compliance teams, to streamline product development processes and ensure regulatory adherence. Your work will directly influence the operational efficiency of our clients, enabling them to accelerate time-to-market while maintaining the highest standards of safety and quality in their product portfolios.

Key Responsibilities :

- Architect and deploy robust SAP PLM and EHS solutions that align with client-specific business objectives to drive innovation and operational excellence.

- Lead complex implementation projects by translating intricate business needs into scalable technical designs that improve cross-departmental collaboration.

- Manage the integration of SAP EHS modules to ensure global compliance, risk mitigation, and sustainable product development practices for our clients.

- Mentor junior consultants and project teams by providing technical guidance and best-practice frameworks to ensure high-quality delivery standards.

- Facilitate workshops with senior leadership and stakeholders to define project roadmaps, resolve critical bottlenecks, and ensure seamless system adoption.

Required Skillset :

- Demonstrated expertise in configuring and customizing SAP PLM and EHS modules to solve complex manufacturing and compliance challenges.

- Proven ability to lead large-scale digital transformation initiatives, managing stakeholder expectations and project timelines with precision.

- Exceptional analytical and communication skills, with the ability to articulate technical strategies to non-technical business leaders.

- A strong track record of navigating cross-cultural team environments, fostering collaboration across distributed global teams in Pune, Bangalore, or Hyderabad.

- Adaptability to hybrid work environments, maintaining high productivity and engagement while collaborating with remote and on-site teams.

- A degree in Engineering, Information Technology, or a related field, complemented by a minimum of 10 - 15 years of hands-on experience in the SAP ecosystem.
