Healthcare IT Implementation Lead

8+ years of overall IT experience, with a minimum of 4–5 years of hands-on experience in InterSystems TrakCare implementation.

Strong understanding of hospital workflows (OPD, IPD, Emergency, Pharmacy, Lab, Radiology, Billing/Revenue Cycle).

Experience with InterSystems technologies — Caché, Ensemble, IRIS for Health, or similar HIS platforms.

Working knowledge of HL7, FHIR, and healthcare interoperability standards.

Experience in at least 2–3 full-cycle TrakCare implementations (greenfield or upgrade projects).

Strong client-facing skills — ability to run workshops, manage stakeholder expectations, and present solutions to clinical/non-technical audiences.

Familiarity with SQL/database querying for reporting or troubleshooting.

Prior experience in healthcare/hospital IT domain (HIS/EMR implementations) is mandatory.

Excellent communication, documentation, and problem-solving skills.
