Job Description
* Core Mandate: Managing day-to-day account operations, creative workflows, and project lifecycles for a premium global brand ecosystem within TBWA’s bespoke creative cell.
* Key Responsibilities: Driving cross-functional project management between creative, production, and client teams; tracking execution timelines to ensure flawless, high-end output; handling daily client communications, and carefully organizing campaign deliverables under tight execution schedules.

Requirements


* Experience Base: 2–4 years of verified success in account or project management inside a leading creative, main-line, or digital advertising agency.
* Competencies: Strong understanding of premium creative development cycles; excellent task prioritization, and a natural instinct for managing premium brand aesthetic workflows.
* Attributes: A strong drive for smart, simple, and iconic creative work; meticulous attention to detail; high organizational discipline, and clear, structured communication skills.



Requirements
Culturally Fluent: You have a pulse on current trends and an "award-minded" creative approach. Agency Veteran: Proven experience working within media or creative agencies. Master Storyteller: Confident in your presentation skills, with proficiency in tools like PPT and Canva to bring ideas to life. Norm Challenger: Someone ready to set new standards in content creation rather than following existing ones. Experience Level: 5 to 8 years in the industry.
