Requirements and Skills:
- Prior experience in a clinical laboratory preferred
- Proficiency in phlebotomy and routine laboratory procedures
- Experience in laboratory equipment handling, quality control, and documentation
- Basic computer skills and familiarity with laboratory reporting systems
- Good communication and Interpersonal skills
- Ability to independently manage day-to-day laboratory operations
- Strong attention to detail, accuracy, and professional ethics
- Candidates residing in or near Kakkanad preferred
- Immediate availability will be an advantage
- Qualification: B.Sc. MLT
- Female candidates preferred
