Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced ServiceNow Strategic Portfolio Management (SPM) Functional Consultant with 8 years of IT experience and strong expertise in implementing and supporting ServiceNow SPM solutions. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in gathering business requirements designing SPM processes configuring the platform and collaborating with stakeholders to deliver end-to-end portfolio and project management solutions.

Key Responsibilities

• Gather analyze and document business requirements from stakeholders.
• Lead functional workshops and translate business needs into ServiceNow SPM solutions.
• Configure and implement ServiceNow SPM modules including:
  • Demand Management
  • Project Portfolio Management (PPM)
  • Resource Management
  • Investment Funding
  • Strategic Planning
  • Agile Development (preferred)
• Configure forms workflows approvals notifications reports dashboards and portals.
• Collaborate with technical teams for customizations and integrations.
• Support UAT production deployment and hypercare activities.
• Provide functional guidance and best practices for SPM implementations.
• Conduct client demonstrations user training and knowledge transfer sessions.
• Prepare functional design documents user stories and solution documentation.
• Work in Agile/Scrum environments and coordinate with cross-functional teams.

Required Skills

• 8 years of overall IT experience.
• 4 years of hands-on experience in ServiceNow Strategic Portfolio Management (SPM).
• Strong knowledge of:
  • Demand Management
  • Project Portfolio Management (PPM)
  • Resource Management
  • Strategic Planning
  • Investment Funding
  • Portfolio Management
• Experience in requirement gathering and stakeholder management.
• Expertise in ServiceNow platform configuration.
• Strong understanding of ITIL processes.
• Experience with reporting dashboards and Performance Analytics is a plus.
• Excellent communication and client-facing skills.

Preferred Qualifications

• ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA)
• ServiceNow Certified Implementation Specialist - Strategic Portfolio Management (CIS-SPM)
• ITIL Foundation Certification

Nice to Have

• Experience with Agile Development module.
• Experience with integrations using REST/SOAP APIs.
• Exposure to ServiceNow App Engine or Platform capabilities.
• Experience working in enterprise-scale ServiceNow implementations.

Location: Bangalore (Hybrid/Onsite as per project requirement)
