Senior Engineer Field Service (Bangalore)

Position Summary:This positions shall be based at Bengaluru Region and shall be working as Service Engineer. Will be responsible for Installation Breakdown and Aftermarket activities for the assigned Youll Do:To Provide End-to-end support to customers from Installation of Machines to breakdown calls machine problems Spare Support Training for Machine Operating Processing Problems pre-installation requirements with & Implementation of the Corrective / Preventive actions for any Machine & further ensuring the Global Action of All for troubleshooting and providing solutions to overcome the the records of each machine by timely entries in the of Spare Parts Business & Developing the Spare Parts for installation and servicing of all machines in the support to customers for Mould Trials and process for Assembly of Machines &Machines operations at Customer training to customers for the Machine Operating & Trouble the Field return part to the factory for analysis as well as to recover the cost of warranty of the flash for parts customer training and customer care :Bengaluru RegionMahalley Sarin (AH) Kiran Kumar (AL) Service EngineerBasic Qualifications:Diploma / Graduation in Electrical & Electronics / MechatronicsWork Experience:Maximum 8-10 years in maintenance testing or Servicing of Injection Molding machines#LI-VU1
