Roles & Responsibilities -

• Train and coach new joiners on Physician Billing process.
• Monitor team productivity and quality as per defined targets.
• Provide regular feedback and conduct one-on-one coaching sessions.
• Identify performance gaps and implement improvement plans.
• Ensure adherence to client guidelines
• Track and maintain performance reports (Productivity & Quality).
• Support Team Leads in trainee confirmation based on performance.
• Ensure Internal & External SLA compliance.
• Follow company policies and maintain process discipline.

Preferred Candidate Profile -

• Minimum 4 years of experience in Physician Billing (QA experience On Papers Mandatory).
• Strong knowledge of Physician Billing Denial Management and Revenue Cycle Management (RCM).
• Experience in training coaching or handling team performance.
• Good communication and presentation skills.
• Strong analytical and reporting skills.
• Ability to handle performance improvement and escalations.
• Immediate joiners preferred.
• Willing to work in Night Shift (Chennai Location).
