Job Title: Civil Engineer (Site Supervisor)

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise and manage day-to-day construction site activities.
  
• Monitor project execution to ensure work is completed on time and meets quality standards.
  
• Prepare and participate in tender bidding and estimation activities.
  
• Coordinate with clients consultants contractors and project teams.
  
• Ensure compliance with project specifications safety regulations and company procedures.
  
• Prepare site reports progress reports and project documentation.
  
• Resolve technical issues at the construction site.
  
• Monitor manpower materials and equipment utilization.
  

Requirements

• Bachelors Degree in Civil Engineering.
  
• Minimum 5 years of experience as a Civil Engineer.
  
• Experience in site supervision and tender bidding is essential.
  
• Good communication skills in English.
  

Required Skills:

Bachelors Degree in Civil Engineering. Minimum 5 years of experience as a Civil Engineer. Gulf experience is mandatory. Experience in site supervision and tender bidding is essential. Good communication skills in English. Knowledge of Arabic will be an added advantage. Preferred Nationality: Indian.
