Requirements
• Strong hands-on experience in SAP HR Compensation & Payroll • In-depth knowledge of Payroll concepts and payroll lifecycle • Experience with payroll implementation and steady-state support • Strong understanding of payroll regulatory framework and local compliance requirements • Experience with payroll data management and inbound/outbound integrations • Knowledge of SAP Payroll systems, configuration, and support activities • Experience troubleshooting payroll-related issues and ensuring payroll accuracy • Strong stakeholder management and communication skills
