Responsibilities
Configure develop and deploy ServiceNow Now Assist AI capabilities and Moveworks integrations.
Build reusable AI solutions and standardized platform components.
Design scalable secure and enterprise-ready AI solutions on the ServiceNow platform.
Configure ServiceNow applications scripting workflows and integrations.
Ensure compliance with AI governance security privacy and enterprise standards.
Support AI lifecycle management including deployment monitoring optimization and continuous improvement.
Collaborate with architecture product security and business teams to deliver AI-driven solutions.
Integrate ServiceNow with enterprise systems using platform integration capabilities.
Provide technical support troubleshooting and performance optimization for AI-enabled ServiceNow solutions.
Follow ServiceNow best practices for platform architecture development and governance.
