Interior Designer | KIRA Interiors | Durgapur, West Bengal (On-site) Experience: 3–6 years CTC: ₹2.75 – 4 LPA Location: Durgapur, West Bengal (On-site) Employment Type: Full-time About KIRA Interiors KIRA Interiors designs and executes premium residential and commercial spaces. We're a startup with a builder's mindset — small team, real ownership, and a lot of room to grow as we scale. If you want your designs to actually get built (not just rendered and forgotten), you'll fit right in here. About the Role We're looking for a mid-level Interior Designer who can take a project from concept to completion. You'll work on residential and commercial spaces, translating client briefs into functional, beautiful, buildable designs — and staying involved through execution to make sure what gets built matches the vision. What You'll Do - Develop 2D drawings (floor plans, layouts, elevations, sections) and 3D models/renders for client presentations - Create space plans that are both aesthetically strong and functionally sound - Design with execution in mind — materials, detailing, and layouts that are realistic to build within budget and timeline - Coordinate with site teams, contractors, and vendors during execution to ensure design intent is followed - Use AI-assisted rendering tools to speed up visualization and iterate faster with clients (a strong plus, not mandatory) - Present design concepts to clients and incorporate feedback into revisions - Stay hands-on across the full project lifecycle — not just the design phase What We're Looking For - 3–6 years of experience in interior design (residential and/or commercial) - Strong command of 2D drafting and 3D modelling/rendering software (e.g., AutoCAD, SketchUp, 3ds Max, Revit, V-Ray, Lumion, or similar) - Solid grounding in space planning, design fundamentals, and material/finish knowledge - Proven ability to design for execution — understanding of construction methods, detailing, and site realities - Prior on-site execution experience or close involvement in project delivery - Experience with or interest in AI-based design/rendering tools is a strong plus - Comfortable working in a fast-moving, startup-style environment with evolving processes Why Join KIRA Interiors - Direct ownership of projects from design through execution - Fast growth path — as the firm scales, so does your scope and responsibility - A close-knit team where your ideas and input actually shape how we work - Exposure to both the creative and operational sides of interior design - To apply, share your portfolio along with your application.
