About the Role :

We are looking for an experienced Software Engineer (Kinaxis RapidResponse) to design, develop, and support supply chain planning solutions using the Kinaxis RapidResponse platform.

The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in application development, system integration, and supply chain processes, with the ability to deliver scalable and high-performing solutions aligned with business objectives.

Key Responsibilities :

- Design, develop, and implement solutions using Kinaxis RapidResponse.

- Configure and customize Kinaxis applications based on business and supply chain requirements.

- Integrate Kinaxis with ERP and other enterprise applications using standard integration methodologies.

- Develop, test, and deploy enhancements while ensuring application performance and scalability.

- Collaborate with business stakeholders, functional consultants, and technical teams to gather and analyze requirements.

- Perform application troubleshooting, defect resolution, and production support.

- Optimize existing Kinaxis solutions for performance and usability.

- Participate in code reviews, testing, and deployment activities.

- Create technical documentation, design specifications, and support documents.

- Follow software development best practices and Agile methodologies throughout the project lifecycle.

Required Skills:

- 6+ years of experience in software development.

- Strong hands-on experience with Kinaxis RapidResponse development and configuration.

- Good understanding of application development methodologies and software engineering principles.

- Experience integrating Kinaxis with ERP systems and other enterprise applications.

- Knowledge of supply chain planning processes such as Demand Planning, Supply Planning, Inventory Planning, or S&OP.

- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

- Excellent communication and collaboration abilities.

Preferred Skills:

- Programming experience in Java, Python, or C++.

- Experience with APIs, web services, and enterprise system integrations.

- Knowledge of SQL and relational databases.

- Familiarity with Agile/Scrum development methodologies.

- Exposure to cloud platforms and DevOps practices is an added advantage.

- Kinaxis RapidResponse certification is a plus.

Educational Qualification:

- B.E./B.Tech in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field.

- Relevant Kinaxis certifications will be an added advantage.
