Job Title : Technical Business Analyst

Work Model : Work from Office (5 days/week) | Timings : 11:30 AM - 8:30 PM

Role Overview :

We are looking for a Technical Business Analyst who can bridge business and technical teams. The role requires strong experience in requirements gathering, API understanding, data analysis, Agile delivery, and working with AI/GenAI tools like Claude and GitHub Copilot.

Key Responsibilities :

- Gather and document business and system requirements

- Write user stories, acceptance criteria, and manage the product backlog

- Work closely with developers on API integrations and data flows

- Use Postman/Swagger for API understanding and validation

- Analyze data using SQL, JSON, and XML

- Participate in Agile ceremonies (Sprint planning, stand-ups, reviews)

- Collaborate with stakeholders across business and technical teams

- Use AI tools (Claude, Copilot) for documentation and workflow improvement

- Ensure basic security considerations are covered for web applications

Must Have Skills :

- 6 - 10 years as Technical BA / Systems Analyst / Product Analyst

- Strong in requirements gathering and documentation

- Experience with REST APIs, Postman, Swagger

- Knowledge of JSON/XML and basic SQL

- Hands-on Agile/Scrum, JIRA, Confluence

- Experience in web applications

- Strong communication and stakeholder management

- Exposure to AI tools (Claude AI, GitHub Copilot)

- Understanding of Prompt Engineering and RAG concepts

Good to Have :

- Experience with microservices or cloud-based systems

- Domain knowledge in Banking/Finance (Mortgage, Credit Cards)

- Exposure to Power BI / Tableau

- Experience working on AI-based features or automation
