Role Overview :

We are seeking a highly experienced Senior Java GenAI & Workflow Automation Engineer to design and build enterprise-grade AI-powered applications and workflow orchestration platforms. The ideal candidate will have deep expertise in Java-based backend development, Generative AI technologies, and workflow automation frameworks to drive intelligent business process automation at scale.

Key Responsibilities :

- Design, develop, and architect scalable applications using Java and Spring Boot.

- Build and integrate Generative AI solutions leveraging LLMs, AI Agents, RAG, and Agentic Workflows.

- Develop workflow orchestration and automation solutions using platforms such as Camunda, Temporal, Conductor, or equivalent technologies.

- Design microservices and APIs that integrate seamlessly with AI services and enterprise systems.

- Create and optimize Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) pipelines using vector databases and knowledge repositories.

- Implement AI-driven business workflows and process automation solutions.

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define technical architecture and solution design.

- Ensure application scalability, security, performance, and maintainability.

- Mentor engineering teams and contribute to architectural decision-making.

- Participate in code reviews, technical discussions, and best practice initiatives.

- Vector Databases (Pinecone, Weaviate, Chroma, Milvus)

- Camunda / Temporal / Netflix Conductor

4. Additional Skills :

- JavaScript / Node.js

- Docker & Kubernetes

- Kafka or Event-Driven Architecture

- CI/CD Pipelines

- AWS, Azure, or GCP

Preferred Qualifications :

- Experience building enterprise AI platforms or AI-powered business applications.

- Knowledge of Multi-Agent Systems and Agent Orchestration.

- Exposure to MCP (Model Context Protocol).

- Strong architectural and stakeholder management skills.

- Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities.

Experience Required :

- 9+ years of overall software development experience.

- Hands-on experience in Java, GenAI, and Workflow Automation implementations.

- Prior experience in designing and delivering large-scale enterprise solutions.
