Position: Tax Associate/Analyst
Location: Chennai - Onsite/Hybrid/Remote
Shift Timing: 8.00PM - 5.00AM IST (US Pacific Time)

Experience Level - 3-5yrs

Job Description:

• Prepare and review US federal state and local tax returns.
  
• Assist in the preparation of corporate income tax sales & use tax franchise tax and property tax filings.
  
• Ensure timely and accurate submission of tax returns in accordance with statutory deadlines.
  
• Maintain compliance with applicable US tax laws and regulations.
  
• Prepare tax provisions and supporting schedules.
  
• Reconcile tax-related general ledger accounts.
  
• Support month-end and year-end closing activities.
  
• Analyze tax accounts and investigate discrepancies.
  
• Prepare tax work-papers and supporting documentation.
  
• Perform quality reviews of tax deliverables.
  
• Identify process improvement opportunities and support automation initiatives.
  
• Knowledge of Corporate Tax Sales & Use Tax and Withholding Tax.
