Marketo Global Marketing Automation Specialist

Role OverviewBeckman Coulter Life Sciences is hiring a Global Marketing Automation Specialist based in India. You will manage our centralized Marketo instance and execute global campaign tickets across multiple international time zones. While this role supports our entire worldwide operation you will provide critical operational coverage for marketing stakeholders in Europe and Asia. You will ensure global adherence to Marketo best practices internal Standard Work (SOPs) and strict international data privacy laws (GDPR).Core Focus Areas:

• Global Ticket & Instance Operations: Central execution of multi-regional campaigns and technical health.
• Cross-Regional Collaboration: Timely support and live calls with Europe Asia and US stakeholders.
• Process & Privacy Governance: Worldwide reinforcement of Standard Work and absolute GDPR compliance.

Essential Responsibilities:

• Ticket Execution: Complete global Marketo tickets (emails landing pages forms programs) efficiently.
• Regional Coverage: Serve as the operational partner for Europe and Asia teams managing timezone gaps.
• Platform Maintenance: Troubleshoot system errors monitor database health and maintain data cleanliness.
• Standard Work Enforcement: Audit platform activities to ensure all seat holders adhere to BEC LS Standard Work.
• GDPR Safeguarding: Implement and monitor compliance checks to prevent data privacy violations globally.

Candidate Qualifications

• 3 Years of Experience: Proven hands-on administration within an enterprise Marketo instance.
• Multi-Regional Scope: Previous experience supporting global marketing teams across distinct time zones.
• Marketo Certified: Active Marketo Certified Expert (MCE) or Adobe Certified Professional credential.
• GDPR Proficiency: Deep working knowledge of GDPR and international opt-in/data privacy laws.
• Standard Work Fluency: Familiarity following or building SOPs (experience with Danaher Business System/DBS is a plus).
• Communication Skills: Exceptional English communication skills for running business calls with international colleagues.
• Schedule Flexibility: Ability to shift operational hours to overlap effectively with European and Asian business days.
