Key Responsibilities

• Read and interpret construction drawings blueprints and project specifications.
  
• Supervise construction activities and monitor site progress.
  
• Plan work schedules and manage workforce attendance.
  
• Allocate tasks to workers and subcontractors as per project priorities.
  
• Ensure proper use of machinery tools and safety equipment.
  
• Enforce workplace safety standards and maintain project timelines.
  

Salary: 116000 per month

Requirements

Required Skills:

Advanced knowledge of building construction procedures and equipment. 7 years of relevant experience in building construction is mandatory. Good English speaking and listening skills. Age: 3050 years.
