Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Human Resources Business Partner role based in Mumbai. The HR Business Partner will collaborate closely with business leaders and managers to align HR strategies with organizational goals, providing guidance on workforce planning, talent development, and change management. Daily responsibilities include administering HR policies, supporting employee relations, and advising on labor and employment law compliance. The role will oversee performance management processes, coach managers on feedback and development, and support initiatives related to engagement, retention, and organizational culture. The HR Business Partner will also contribute to HR reporting, process improvement, and implementation of HR programs that support the growth of SAR Logistics.
Qualifications
- Candidates should possess strong Human Resources (HR) and HR Policies skills, with experience in implementing and maintaining HR frameworks.
- Candidates should possess solid Employee Relations skills, including conflict resolution, employee engagement, and handling grievances with fairness and professionalism.
- Candidates should possess knowledge of Labor and Employment Law, ensuring compliance with local regulations and advising stakeholders on legal implications of HR decisions.
- Candidates should possess Performance Management skills, including facilitating goal-setting, conducting review cycles, and supporting leadership in developing team members.
- Relevant skills such as stakeholder management, coaching and advising managers, data-driven decision-making, and strong written and verbal communication are beneficial.
- Prior experience as an HR Business Partner or in a generalist HR role, preferably in logistics, supply chain, or related industries, is advantageous.
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Industrial Relations, or a related field is preferred; professional HR certifications are an added advantage.
