About the Role :

We are looking for an experienced Scrum Master with 6 to 10 years of IT experience who has successfully delivered multiple Agile projects within BFSI or Private Equity organizations. The candidate should have independently managed at least two end-to-end Agile project deliveries and possess excellent stakeholder management, delivery governance, and Agile coaching capabilities.

Key Responsibilities :

- Lead Scrum ceremonies including Sprint Planning, Daily Stand-ups, Sprint Reviews, Retrospectives and Backlog Grooming.

- Drive end-to-end delivery of multiple Agile projects ensuring scope, quality and timelines.

- Work closely with Product Owners, Business and Technology teams.

- Track sprint metrics, risks, dependencies and project health.

- Remove delivery impediments and improve team productivity.

- Coach teams on Agile and Scrum best practices.

- Manage stakeholder communication and executive status reporting.

- Coordinate release planning, UAT and production deployments.

- Ensure governance using Jira, Confluence and Agile dashboards.

Mandatory Skills :

- Scrum Master experience (3+ years)

Mandatory experience in BFSI or Private Equity including Banking, Capital Markets, Wealth Management, Insurance, Investment Management, Fund Administration or Portfolio Management.

- Professional Scrum Master (PSM)

- SAFe Scrum Master

- PMI-ACP

- PMP (Good to Have)
