We are Sisco Jobs a recruitment consultancy based in Trichy Tamil Nadu. We are hiring on behalf of our client for the position of Fitter in Bengaluru Karnataka. Our client Sri Ayyan Fabs is a reputed organization in the Facade Systems Structural Glazing Aluminium Fabrication and Civil Construction sector seeking skilled and motivated professionals. Key Responsibilities

• Perform fitting assembly and installation of aluminium and MS fabricated components.
  
• Install facade systems curtain walls structural glazing ACP cladding doors windows and railings.
  
• Read and interpret fabrication drawings and installation layouts.
  
• Carry out measuring marking drilling grinding cutting fitting and finishing work.
  
• Ensure proper alignment levelling and quality standards during installation.
  
• Operate hand tools and power tools safely and efficiently.
  
• Coordinate with Site Engineers and Supervisors for timely project completion.
  
• Follow all company safety quality and site procedures.
  

Required Skills

• Aluminium Fabrication Fabrication and fitting of aluminium structures.
  
• Structural Glazing Installation of glazing and curtain wall systems.
  
• Drawing Reading Interpret fabrication and installation drawings accurately.
  
• Site Installation Execute installation activities as per project requirements.

Work Experience Requirements

Candidates with 16 years of relevant experience in Facade Systems Structural Glazing Aluminium Fabrication MS Fabrication ACP Cladding or Site Installation are preferred. Freshers with ITI (Fitter) and strong practical knowledge are also encouraged to apply.

Education

• Minimum: ITI Fitter (Preferred)
  
• Preferred: Diploma in Mechanical Engineering
  
• Additional: ITI Welder / Turner / Machinist
  

Required Skills:

Strong hands-on experience with AutoCAD Plant 3D and Navisworks. Proficiency in creating 3D models Piping Isometrics GA drawings and Piping -depth knowledge of Piping BOM MTO and Piping Material Specifications (PMS). Familiarity with piping support systems and basic understanding of stress analysis. Solid understanding of P&ID for boilers and power plants. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for effective client and team interactions. Strong leadership abilities to manage and guide a team towards successful project completion.

Required Education:

Diploma in Mechanical Engineering (DME) or Bachelors Degree in Engineering (BE) with a minimum of 8 years of experience in the design stream.
