Position Overview

SolarEdge is seeking an experienced Regulatory & Compliance Specialist to join the GRC Security Team. Reporting to the GRC Security Lead this role will be responsible for translating regulatory compliance and cybersecurity requirements into practical security controls across SolarEdges product ecosystem.

Key Responsibilities

• Monitor and analyze emerging cybersecurity regulations and standards impacting SolarEdge products.
• Translate regulatory requirements into actionable security controls.
• Partner with Product Engineering Cloud and IoT teams to implement security-by-design practices.
• Conduct compliance assessments and risk evaluations across software hardware cloud and connected product environments.
• Define document validate and test security controls.
• Identify compliance gaps and drive remediation activities.
• Support internal and external audits and prepare compliance evidence.
• Maintain compliance dashboards and provide leadership updates.
• Collaborate with global stakeholders to achieve compliance objectives.

Requirements:

Required Qualifications

5 years of experience in GRC Regulatory Compliance Information Security Risk Management or Audit.

Strong understanding of compliance frameworks security controls and audit processes.

Experience with Software Hardware Cloud SaaS IoT or Embedded products.

Knowledge of ISO 27001 NIST CSF SOC 2 IEC 62443 CRA NIS2 and related standards.

Strong analytical documentation communication and stakeholder management skills.

Ability to work independently in a global environment.

Preferred Qualifications

Experience with product security and Secure Development Lifecycle (SDLC).

Certifications such as CISA CRISC CISSP CISM or ISO 27001 Lead Auditor/implementer.

Experience supporting cloud SaaS energy or IoT compliance programs.
