Amazon India Ads Finance is seeking an Analyst to join our Sales Incentive Planning (SIP) & Insights team. The SIP team is responsible for the end-to-end administration of incentive compensation programs for sales incentive-eligible employees across the Ads business in India.
In this role you will own the day-to-day operations of the incentive system including reconciliations calculation and payout file preparation compensation plan administration and query resolution. You will also design and implement operational processes and mechanisms that improve accuracy scalability and efficiency of our compensation programs. This is a high-visibility role that requires close collaboration with Sales HR and WW Ads Finance stakeholders to ensure timely and accurate payouts while maintaining strong governance and compliance.
Key job responsibilities
Key responsibilities include:
Reconciliations Reconcile source data with payout systems to ensure accuracy and completeness each cycle
Calculation & Payout Files Prepare validate and submit incentive calculation and payout files for timely disbursement
SIM/Query Management Manage SIM tickets and resolve queries
Process Design Design and document SOPs and operational mechanisms to drive consistency and reduce manual effort
UAT Perform user acceptance testing for system and process changes before go-live
Governance & Compliance Ensure all activities adhere to approved policies methodologies and audit requirements
Stakeholder Coordination Partner with HR Sales and finance counterparts on plan changes escalations and approvals
Scalability Build mechanisms (automation templates dashboards) to improve efficiency as the program scales
- Bachelors degree in accounting and commerce (B. Com)
- Knowledge of Excel at an advanced level
- Experience with Microsoft Office products and applications
- 3 years of finance operations/shared services accounts payable account receivable (collections) or general ledger experience
