Job Title - Ceramic Designer / Ceramic Decorator
Experience: 12 Years (Freshers not eligible)

Key Responsibilities

Decorate ceramic products using hand painting glazing stamping engraving and pattern application.

Apply colours glazes motifs and decorative finishes as per quality standards.

Inspect finished products for quality colour consistency and durability.

Handle ceramic decoration tools and materials with precision.

Maintain production quality and daily targets.

Requirements

Experience in ceramic decoration/finishing (minimum 12 years).

Hands-on expertise in one or more decoration techniques.

Good colour matching attention to detail and artistic skills.

Knowledge of ceramic materials glazes and decoration tools.

Basic English communication preferred.

Eligibility

• Freshers are not eligible.
  
• Secondary/Vocational/Technical education preferred.
  
• Qualification in Ceramics Fine Arts Pottery Crafts or Design is an advantage.
