Cisco BYOVA Engineer - AI Voice Integration

Job Title : Cisco BYOVA Engineer (AI Voice Integration)

Location : Remote (US Healthcare Project)

Engagement : Contract | On-Demand Hours | 6-12 Months

Job Summary : We are seeking a Cisco BYOVA Engineer with experience integrating AI Voice Agents into Cisco Webex cloud telephony environments. The ideal candidate will have expertise in BYOVA (Bring Your Own Voice Agent), Cisco collaboration technologies, and healthcare communication workflows.

Key Responsibilities :

- Design and implement BYOVA integrations within Cisco Webex environments.

- Integrate third-party AI Voice Agents with Cisco cloud telephony platforms.

- Configure voice automation, call routing, and communication workflows.

- Collaborate with EPIC integration teams to support patient access and provider workflows.

- Troubleshoot and optimize Cisco voice solutions.

Required Qualifications :

- 5+ years of experience with Cisco Collaboration technologies.

- Experience with Cisco Webex Calling and/or Webex Contact Center.

- Experience implementing BYOVA (Bring Your Own Voice Agent) solutions.

- Strong understanding of SIP, VoIP, APIs, and cloud telephony.

- Experience working with US healthcare providers.

Preferred Qualifications :

- Experience supporting Cisco and EPIC integrations.

- Familiarity with healthcare interoperability standards such as FHIR and HL7.
