Job Description

Power Within Psychological Services is seeking a qualified Counselling Psychologist (ADCGC, RCI Registered) to provide professional counselling services at our Meerut Centre. The role involves working with adolescents, adults, couples, and families using evidence-based counselling approaches.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct individual, couple, family, and career counselling sessions.
  
• Perform intake interviews and psychological screening.
  
• Develop counselling and wellness plans.
  
• Maintain confidential case records and progress notes.
  
• Provide crisis intervention and psychoeducation.
  
• Conduct workshops on mental health, stress management, relationships, and well-being.
  
• Uphold ethical and professional standards as prescribed by RCI.
  

Requirements

Eligibility

• Master's degree in Psychology.
  
• Advanced Diploma in Counselling and Guidance (ADCGC) recognized by RCI.
  
• Valid RCI Registration (Mandatory).
  
• Excellent communication, empathy, and counselling skills.
  
• Freshers and experienced candidates may apply.
