1. Role Summary

The SAP B1 Professional will be the single point of contact for the SAP Business One system, responsible for maintaining, customizing, and optimizing the ERP to support our small-scale manufacturing operations. This role demands a strong functional understanding of manufacturing and finance processes combined with technical expertise in SAP B1 development, reporting, and administration.

2. Key Areas of Responsibility

Responsibilities (are indicative and not exhaustive)

Functional/Business

Analyze and configure SAP B1 modules (Production, Inventory, Finance) to align with business needs. Provide continuous user support and training. Map business processes (MRP, BOM) and ensure system alignment.

Technical/System

Develop custom reports using Crystal Reports and SQL queries. Perform system administration, data backups, and user management. Troubleshoot technical issues and manage system enhancements/patches.
