About CFM:

WithinAWMtheCredit Facility Management (CFM) team is dedicated to managing the platforms credit facilities which are a critical component of the performance we deliver to our investors. The CFM team is responsible for maintaining compliance with concentration limits borrowing base covenants and reporting obligations as well as ensuring successful relationships with lenders and agents. The CFM team works closely with several adjacent groups in AWM including (i) Finance & DCM (source negotiate and execute fund financing) (ii) Fund Management Groups (manage the funds liquidity and lifecycle) and (iii) Portfolio Management teams (source execute and monitor underlying investments).

Analystson theCFM team will support senior team members in maintaining a series of credit facilities across strategies and managing lender/agent relationships as well as a variety of recurring tasks. The successful applicant will demonstrate a consistent track record of achievement be comfortable working in a fast-paced dynamic environment and be able to manage multiple projects concurrently.

Specific Responsibilities May Include:

• Managing a series of credit facilities including underlying covenants concentration limits borrowing base and reporting compliance
• Tracking/collating analyzing and interpreting underlying asset data
• Facilitating utilization requests and servicing events
• Managing lender and agent relationships
• Assisting with facility negotiation and pre-execution approvals
• Tracking reporting and analyzing detailed performancemetrics
• Creating management presentations/responding to ad hoc requests and preparing analyses forsame
• Supporting/furthering technology initiatives related to the aboveresponsibilities including the use of AI
• Additional responsibilities will be based on the needs of the business and the candidates specificskills

Qualifications:

• Bachelors degree in Finance Accounting or other businessdiscipline
• Asset management / fund financing / credit facility experience preferred
• Strong analytical skills and detailorientation
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills oral as well aswritten
• Strong coordination and organizationalskills
• Ability to multi-task and meet tightdeadlines
• Ability to work independently in a small team exhibit initiative and beproactive
• Ability to organize and analyze large volumes ofinformation
• Interest in working on technologyinitiatives
• Team player willing to help in areas not explicitly related to jobduties
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced dynamicenvironment
• Strong Excel Word PowerPointskills
