Description
We are seeking a skilled US Healthcare Accounts Receivable (AR) Caller to join our team in India. The ideal candidate will have 2-5 years of experience in healthcare billing and collections, with a strong understanding of the US healthcare system and insurance processes.
Responsibilities
- Manage and follow up on accounts receivable for healthcare clients in the US.
- Review and analyze insurance claims for accuracy and completeness.
- Communicate with insurance companies and healthcare providers to resolve billing issues.
- Maintain accurate records of all interactions and follow-ups with clients and insurers.
- Prepare reports on accounts receivable status and performance metrics.
Skills and Qualifications
- 2-5 years of experience in healthcare accounts receivable or related field.
- Proficient in medical billing and coding practices.
- Strong understanding of healthcare regulations and insurance verification processes.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- Detail-oriented with strong analytical abilities.
- Familiarity with healthcare billing software and electronic health records (EHR) systems.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
