Description

We are seeking a motivated and dynamic Female Telecaller to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for making outbound calls to potential customers, providing information about our products and services, and assisting in closing sales. This role requires excellent communication skills and the ability to engage with customers effectively.

Responsibilities

  • Make outbound calls to potential customers to promote products and services.
  • Handle inbound calls and provide information to customers as needed.
  • Maintain records of customer interactions and transactions.
  • Follow up on leads and encourage customers to make purchases.
  • Achieve daily and monthly call targets set by management.
  • Provide excellent customer service and resolve any issues that may arise during the call.

Skills and Qualifications

  • 1-3 years of experience in a telecalling or customer service role.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and Hindi.
  • Strong persuasive skills and ability to handle objections effectively.
  • Basic computer skills and familiarity with CRM software.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage time effectively.
  • Good listening skills and empathy towards customers.
