Location: Patna Bihar

Job Summary: A Purchase Executive in a retail pharmacy drives cost-effective procurement of medicines OTC products and healthcare goods. They source reliable vendors negotiate pricing and trade schemes and prevent stock-outs or overstocking to optimize supply chain efficiency and maximize profitability.

Key Responsibilities

• Procurement & Vendor Management: Source and evaluate pharmaceutical suppliers negotiate favorable terms (credit periods trade schemes) and process accurate purchase orders.
  
• Inventory & Stock Management: Monitor inventory levels to prevent both stock-outs and excess stock. Revisit reorder levels and maintain optimal stock quantities.
  
• Regulatory & Quality Compliance: Ensure all procured Medicines and healthcare products and meet national/regional legislation and regulatory standards.
  

Requirements

Preferred Qualifications

• Education: Bachelors degree in Pharmacy (B. Pharma) Supply Chain Management or Business Administration.
  
• Experience: Minimum 1 to 5 years of experience in medical/pharmaceutical procurement or retail supply chain management.
  
• Skills: Strong vendor negotiation inventory analysis and proficiency in ERP software (such as SAP MM) or computerized pharmacy management systems.
  

Benefits

Salary: 3 lacs to 3.6 lacs
