Ergobite - Full Stack Engineering Lead

Role Overview :

The candidate will :

- Lead a team of senior full-stack developers and coordinate technical delivery across multiple projects.

- Build and deliver scalable full-stack applications using modern web technologies.

- Own projects throughout the complete software development lifecycle, from gathering requirements and defining architecture to deployment, optimization, and maintenance.

- Design scalable system architectures and database models while ensuring performance and reliability.

- Integrate external APIs and third-party services into production environments.

- Develop sophisticated administrative dashboards, internal business tools, and user-facing interfaces.

- Establish engineering standards covering code quality, testing, documentation, CI/CD, and deployment processes.

- Mentor engineers through code reviews, technical guidance, and engineering best practices.

- Improve development productivity by leveraging AI-assisted development tools such as Cursor IDE.

Must-haves :

- Proven experience building and shipping production IT products or applications.

- Demonstrated leadership of software developers and management of development processes.

- Strong expertise with Next.js, React, TypeScript, Prisma, PostgreSQL, and cloud-based application architectures.

- Experience using Cursor IDE or comparable AI-assisted development tools to improve engineering productivity.

- Strong knowledge of database architecture, scalability, schema design, and performance optimization.

- Experience integrating third-party APIs and SaaS platforms into production systems.

- Ability to work effectively within distributed remote teams using asynchronous collaboration.

- Strong ownership mindset, analytical thinking, and product-oriented problem-solving skills.

- Experience with Stripe integrations.

- Experience with Supabase.

- Experience with Vercel deployments.

- Experience building complex admin dashboards and internal platforms.

- Experience mentoring senior engineers and driving engineering excellence.
