Product Director

About the Role :

We are looking for an experienced Product Leader to build and scale our Supply Chain Product function. This role will own the product strategy and execution for the technology platforms powering procurement, inventory, warehousing, replenishment, logistics, and fulfilment.

You will partner closely with Engineering, Operations, Category, Supply Chain, Data Science, and Business teams to create scalable products that improve operational efficiency, reduce costs, and deliver an exceptional customer experience.

This is a high-impact leadership role for someone who enjoys solving complex operational challenges through technology and data.

Key Responsibilities :

- Define and execute the product vision and roadmap for Supply Chain products.

- Build technology solutions across Procurement, Inventory Management, Warehouse Management, Replenishment, Order Management, and Logistics.

- Partner with Operations and Supply Chain teams to identify bottlenecks and translate them into scalable product solutions.

- Develop intelligent forecasting and replenishment capabilities using data and analytics.

- Drive automation across warehouse operations, inventory planning, and fulfilment processes.

- Build products that improve inventory accuracy, stock availability, warehouse productivity, and delivery performance.

- Collaborate closely with Engineering and Data Science teams throughout the product lifecycle.

- Prioritize product initiatives based on business impact, customer needs, and operational efficiency.

- Establish clear product metrics and continuously optimize product performance.

- Mentor and develop a high-performing Product Management team while fostering a culture of innovation and ownership.

Desired Experience :

- 15+ years of overall experience with at least 8-10 years in Product Management.

- Proven experience leading Supply Chain, Operations, Logistics, or Commerce platforms.

- Experience building products for Procurement, Inventory Management, Warehouse Management Systems (WMS), Order Management Systems (OMS), Fulfilment, Demand Forecasting, or Replenishment.

- Strong understanding of supply chain operations and how technology can improve efficiency.

- Experience working in high-growth consumer internet, e-commerce, quick commerce, retail, logistics, or marketplace businesses.

- Demonstrated success leading cross-functional teams across Product, Engineering, Operations, Analytics, and Business.

- Strong analytical mindset with experience using data to drive product decisions.

- Excellent stakeholder management, communication, and leadership skills.

- Experience managing and mentoring Product Managers is highly preferred.

Preferred Background :

- Candidates from leading e-commerce, quick commerce, logistics, marketplace, or retail technology organizations with experience in building large-scale supply chain platforms will be highly preferred.
