ABI Health - Implementation & Support Engineer - LIMS Platform

Role : Implementation & Support Engineer LIMS (Healthcare) | 2+ Years Experience

We are hiring a Support Engineer with 2+ years of hands-on experience supporting Laboratory Information Management Systems (LIMS) in the healthcare domain. LIMS experience is mandatory.

The candidate will work onsite at the client location five days a week and remotely on Saturdays. This role requires excellent communication, ticket handling skills, and the ability to coordinate with internal teams to resolve customer issues.

Key Responsibilities :

- Act as the first point of contact for clients in addressing and resolving issues related to LIMS and other healthcare software applications.

- Handle customer tickets end-to-end, from logging to resolution, ensuring timely updates and closure.

- Troubleshoot and resolve LIMS-related application issues and service requests.

- Coordinate with L3 Support, Development, and R&D teams to resolve complex technical issues.

- Provide prompt front-end issue resolution and guide end users on LIMS functionality and workflows.

- Understand client requirements and translate them into actionable inputs for internal teams.

- Replicate live issues in the UAT environment for analysis and troubleshooting.

- Conduct regular lab visits and provide hands-on application support.

- Attend OPS calls on Monday, Wednesday, and Friday to review client support matters.

- Build strong customer relationships through effective communication via calls and emails.

- Ensure adherence to a 6-day work schedule: Onsite (MondayFriday) and Remote (Saturday).

Mandatory Requirements:

- Minimum 2 years of hands-on experience supporting LIMS (Laboratory Information Management System) Mandatory.

- Experience in healthcare application support or implementation.

- Strong understanding of laboratory workflows and healthcare IT systems.

- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

- Experience with ticketing tools and incident management.

- Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills.

- Ability to coordinate with cross-functional technical teams.

- Willingness to work onsite at the client location five days a week and remotely on Saturdays.

Preferred Skills:

- Exposure to HIS, EMR, or LIS integrations.

- Knowledge of SQL for basic troubleshooting.

- Experience working directly with hospitals, diagnostic labs, or healthcare Candidates without hands-on LIMS support experience will not be considered.
