Role Overview:

We are looking for a data-informed Performance Copywriter to engineer high-converting copy across our acquisition funnel. In this role, you will turn casual social media scrollers into active Clinet's users by scripting thumb-stopping video ads, writing high-CTR headlines for static banners, and crafting witty, high-open-rate push notifications. Key Responsibility:

• Script Short-Form Video Ads: Write high-velocity, high-converting scripts for video ads (Instagram Reels, YouTube Shorts, UGC, and creator briefs) that explain complex trading and AI features in highly engaging ways.

• Own the Production Direction: Actively manage the creative execution of ad shoots. Lead the shortlisting and casting of actors/creators, and direct on-set production to ensure the final footage perfectly aligns with your script's hooks, pacing, and emotional cues.

• Craft High-CTR Static Banners: Write high-velocity, high-converting scripts for video ads (Instagram Reels, YouTube Shorts, UGC, and creator briefs) that explain complex trading and AI features in highly engaging ways.

• Write Thumb-Stopping Push Notifications: Write witty, context-aware push notifications and WhatsApp alerts that slice through phone lock-screen clutter to drive daily active users (DAUs).

• Master the Hook & Iterate on Data: Brainstorm dozens of distinct 3-second text angles for the same product feature. Routinely review performance metrics (CTR, conversion rates) with the growth team to quickly rewrite copy based on what data shows is working.

• Own the Gen Z Voice: Translate financial and investing concepts into the cultural lexicon, memes, and casual vernacular of young India, balancing wit with compliance.

Requirements & Qualifications:

• 4–5 years of professional copywriting experience, with a heavy portfolio focus on performance marketing, direct-response advertising, or high-growth B2C startups.
• On-Set & Casting Experience: Proven track record of being involved in ad shoots—specifically shortlisting/casting talent and ensuring the final shoot execution mirrors the script's core hook and direction.
• Multi-Format Mastery: A strong portfolio showcasing a diverse mix of live video scripts, high-CTR static ad assets, and successful lifecycle copy (push notifications/WhatsApp alerts).
• Direct-Response Expertise: Deep understanding of consumer psychology, AIDA frameworks, value propositions, and how to write clear, compelling calls-to-action (CTAs).
• Gen Z Content Native: Deeply plugged into internet culture, regional memes, financial trends (Fintech/FinTwit), and the evolving short-form video ecosystem in India.
• Speed & Volume: Ability to brainstorm, write, and iterate on high volumes of ad angles under tight deadlines without hitting a creative block.
• Collaborative Mindset: Ready to take objective data feedback on your writing without taking it personally, treating every piece of copy as an experiment to be optimized
