Job Summary :
We are seeking a highly motivated and hands-on Forward Deploy Engineer to join our engineering team. This role is ideal for professionals who thrive in fast-paced environments, enjoy solving complex technical challenges, and can rapidly build, deploy, and scale innovative solutions.
As a Forward Deploy Engineer, you will work closely with customers, product teams, and engineering teams to develop Proof of Concepts (PoCs), deploy AI-driven applications, optimize data pipelines, and transform prototypes into secure, production-ready enterprise solutions.
The ideal candidate combines strong software engineering expertise with cloud, data engineering, and AI/ML knowledge while being comfortable working under ambiguity.
Key Responsibilities :
- Design, develop, and deploy scalable full-stack applications using Python, Java, and SQL.
- Rapidly build Proof of Concepts (PoCs) based on customer requirements and business needs.
- Convert PoCs into secure, scalable, and production-ready enterprise solutions.
- Develop and integrate RESTful APIs and third-party services.
- Design and implement distributed systems and microservices-based architectures.
- Build and optimize scalable data pipelines for data ingestion, processing, and analytics.
- Deploy, monitor, and optimize applications across AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud Platform.
- Implement AI/ML-powered solutions using Large Language Models (LLMs) and modern AI frameworks.
- Fine-tune foundation models and integrate AI capabilities into enterprise applications.
- Work with vector databases to enable semantic search and Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) solutions.
- Implement basic MLOps practices for model deployment, monitoring, and lifecycle management.
- Develop and integrate Model Context Protocols (MCPs) for AI agent workflows.
- Troubleshoot production issues, optimize system performance, and ensure high availability.
- Collaborate with product managers, architects, customers, and cross-functional engineering teams.
- Ensure applications follow security, compliance, and software engineering best practices.
- Participate in architecture discussions, code reviews, and technical design sessions.
