Salary Range: 25k to 30k

Roles:

1. Lead Generation

• Conduct outbound calls to industries factories warehouses hospitals educational institutions hotels and commercial establishments to generate qualified business leads.

2. Appointment Scheduling

• Qualify prospects based on their business requirements.
• Schedule meetings for the Business Development team with potential customers.

3. CRM Management

• Maintain accurate customer records call logs follow-ups and lead status in the CRM system.
• Ensure timely updates of all sales activities.

4. Sales Coordination

• Coordinate with the technical and field sales teams for quotations proposals and customer requirements.
• Ensure seamless handover of qualified leads.

5. Target Achievement

• Meet daily weekly and monthly calling lead generation and appointment targets.
• Maintain a healthy sales pipeline through continuous prospecting.

6. Product & Market Knowledge

• Stay updated on solar products EPC solutions rooftop solar net metering government policies and industry developments.
• Effectively communicate Jupisols solutions to prospective customers.

Qualification:

• Graduate in any discipline.
• MBA (Marketing) will be an added advantage.
• Candidates with exposure to B2B sales or inside sales will be preferred.
