In this role you will be the chief architect of our digital outreach leveraging advanced cloud data and automation tools to directly influence strategic business goals and drive multi-channel campaign efficiency across global teams.

Key Exciting Responsibilities

Build test and deploy sophisticated multi-channel marketing campaigns within Salesforce Marketing Cloud using Journey Builder and Automation Studio.

Collaborate with creative and marketing teams to seamlessly manage high-quality campaign assets and templates using Knak.

Partner with Data Cloud and CRM teams to ensure precise audience segmentation targeting and cross-system data synchronization.

Analyze real-time campaign performance metrics to unlock strategic optimizations and elevate overall open rates click-through rates and conversions.

Support and scale campaign operations workflows and QA processes to maximize cross-functional efficiency with IT Analytics and Product teams.

Essential Skills & Experience

6 to 8 years of dedicated Marketing Operations experience with a deep technical focus on quality assurance in campaign services and asset creation.

Strong working knowledge of typical B2B sales and marketing funnels commercial pipelines lead handoff processes and funnel definitions.

Proven expertise navigating complex marketing tech stacks specifically Salesforce Marketing Cloud analytics platforms like Domo or Looker and data enrichment tools.

Outstanding attention to detail organization and cross-functional communication skills to generate buy-in across global teams.

Bonus Points For

Prior experience managing event management uploads webinar logistics and automated list synchronization.
