We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Team Leader for our insurance division in Rajkot, India. The ideal candidate will be responsible for leading a team of insurance agents, driving sales performance, and ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage a team of insurance agents to achieve sales targets.
• Develop and implement strategies to enhance team performance and productivity.
• Conduct regular training sessions and workshops for team members to improve their skills.
• Monitor and evaluate team performance, providing feedback and support as necessary.
• Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and company policies in all operations.
• Foster a positive and motivating team environment to enhance employee engagement and retention.
• Collaborate with other departments to enhance the overall customer experience.

Skills and Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, Insurance, or a related field.
• 2-9 years of experience in insurance sales or team management.
• Strong understanding of insurance products and market trends.
• Excellent leadership and team management skills.
• Proficient in customer relationship management (CRM) software and Microsoft Office Suite.
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to analyze data and make informed decisions.
• Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work under pressure.
