About the Role

We are looking for enthusiastic energetic and passionate graduates who enjoy interacting with people and aspire to build a career in healthcare technology and sales.

As a Metabolic Health Advisor you will engage with prospective members who have expressed interest in Twin Health through our digital marketing campaigns social media webinars referrals and other lead generation initiatives.

This is not a cold-calling role. You will interact with qualified leads understand their health goals educate them about Twins AI-powered precision treatment and guide them through the enrollment journey.

Comprehensive product and communication training will be provided before you begin interacting with members.

Key Responsibilities

• Contact prospective members who have shown interest in Twin Health.
• Understand members health goals and motivations through consultative conversations.
• Explain Twin Healths AI Digital Twinpowered precision treatment in a simple and engaging manner.
• Educate prospective members on metabolic health and the benefits of personalized care.
• Build trust and confidence through empathetic communication.
• Schedule consultations and support members throughout the enrollment process.
• Maintain accurate records of all interactions in the CRM.
• Follow up with prospective members and address their questions professionally.
• Achieve monthly enrollment and performance goals while delivering an exceptional member experience.

Eligibility

• Bachelors Degree in any discipline (2025 & 2026 graduates preferred).
• Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
• Excellent verbal communication skills in English.
• Fluency in one or more regional languages will be an added advantage.
• Good interpersonal and relationship-building skills.
• Basic computer proficiency.
• Positive attitude with a willingness to learn and grow.

Annual CTC: 420000 per annum
