What should you bring along

• Expertise in design and manufacturing foam pads of all rows of seat Cushion/back/AR/HR foam padse.g.Foam design for massager system ventilation seat foam testingawareness etc

• Deep knowledge of foam tool design manufacturing process (DFAM)

• Create technical dataforRFQs for the new programs and assess new supplier competency

• Proactive mindset for problem solving and continuous improvement in a fast-paced production-focused environment.

• Fluency in English; German language skills are a plus.

Must have technical skill

• Bachelors orMastersdegree in mechanical engineeringor a related field.

• Minimum of 5 years of automotiveseatingdesign experience at an OEM or Tier 1 supplier.

• Software proficiency CatiaV5

• Basic Vehicle architecture (monocoque space frame cab-on-frame)

• Creation and understanding ofcomfortfoam design

• Trimmingdefinitions and assembly sequence.

• Vehiclelevelpackaging& Assembly Process

• Digital Mock Up (DMU)

• Creative Thinking

• Technicalknowledge

• Parametric design skills inFoamdesign advanced knowledgeFoam and EPP materialAutomotive experience.

• Proven track record in developingpartsensuring compliance with automotive standardsandmanufacturability
