Required Skills:

• Microsoft Cloud Application Architecture / Microsoft Cloud Enterprise Architecture
  
• Strong understanding of cloud computing principles and enterprise architecture
  
• Experience in application support troubleshooting and performance optimization
  
• Knowledge of SaaS application configuration and cloud-based solutions
  
• Familiarity with system monitoring and optimization tools
  
• Strong documentation and communication skills
  
• Exposure to Generative AI Agentic AI Prompt Engineering or AI solution design is a plus
