Assistant Manager Sr. Engineer – Quality Assurance (Civil)

Job Summary :

We are looking for an experienced Quality Assurance professional to oversee and ensure adherence to quality standards across residential and commercial construction projects. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in quality control and assurance of RCC finishing MEP and infrastructure works within the real estate industry.

The role involves conducting inspections monitoring construction quality identifying defects implementing corrective actions and ensuring compliance with project specifications industry standards and quality procedures.

Job Responsibilities:

• Ensure strict quality control and quality assurance across all stages of construction.
• Conduct regular site inspections and audits to verify compliance with approved drawings specifications and quality standards.
• Monitor and inspect RCC works finishing works MEP installations and infrastructure development activities.
• Verify the quality of materials used at site through inspections and testing of concrete steel and other construction materials.
• Identify quality issues non-conformities and construction defects and recommend corrective and preventive actions.
• Review workmanship standards and ensure quality compliance by contractors subcontractors and site teams.
• Conduct inspections of finishing works including flooring tiling painting waterproofing plumbing electrical systems doors windows and other fit-out activities.
• Coordinate with project teams consultants contractors and vendors to resolve quality-related concerns.
• Carry out pre-handover inspections of apartments villas and common areas before customer possession.
• Prepare quality inspection reports NCRs checklists and quality documentation.
• Track closure of observations and ensure timely implementation of corrective measures.
• Conduct quality awareness and training sessions for contractors supervisors and site personnel.
• Recommend and implement process improvements to enhance construction quality and efficiency.
• Ensure compliance with company quality systems safety standards and regulatory requirements.

Job Requirements:

• B.E. / Diploma in Civil Engineering.
• 510 Years of experience.
• Strong knowledge of RCC construction finishing works MEP systems and infrastructure works.
• Thorough understanding of quality assurance and quality control procedures in real estate projects.
• Ability to interpret engineering drawings specifications and quality standards.
• Strong analytical problem-solving and reporting skills.
• Excellent coordination and communication abilities.
• Proficiency in MS Office and quality documentation.
