Salesforce Developer - LWC/Apex

Role Overview:

As a Salesforce Developer at Sysmind, you will be at the forefront of designing and deploying sophisticated CRM solutions that drive business efficiency. You will work closely with cross-functional teams, including business analysts and project managers, to translate complex requirements into scalable technical designs. Your daily contributions will directly influence the user experience and operational capabilities of our clients, ensuring that their Salesforce ecosystem remains performant, secure, and aligned with evolving business objectives.

Key Responsibilities:

- Design and develop custom Salesforce applications using Apex, Visualforce, and Lightning Web Components (LWC) to meet specific business requirements.

- Implement complex business logic through Apex triggers and Flow Builder to automate workflows and enhance system performance.

- Construct and optimize SOQL and SOSL queries to ensure efficient data retrieval and system responsiveness.

- Integrate Salesforce with external enterprise systems by developing and maintaining secure RESTful web services.

- Manage version control and deployment pipelines using Git to ensure code integrity and seamless release cycles.

- Collaborate with stakeholders to troubleshoot technical issues, perform root cause analysis, and implement robust solutions that minimize downtime.

Required Skillset:

- Possess 4 to 8 years of hands-on experience in Salesforce development, demonstrating a deep understanding of the platform's architecture and best practices.

- Exhibit strong proficiency in developing Lightning Web Components and utilizing Apex for server-side logic.

- Demonstrate the ability to write clean, maintainable code while adhering to Salesforce governor limits and security standards.

- Communicate effectively with technical and non-technical stakeholders to clarify requirements and provide status updates on project deliverables.

- Maintain a proactive approach to problem-solving, with the ability to adapt to changing project priorities in a fast-paced environment.

- Work effectively within a distributed team structure across our offices in Indore, Pune, Hyderabad, Bangalore, and Chennai.
