Position Description:

Role Summary
We are seeking an SAP S/4HANA SD Functional Consultant with strong knowledge of Order-to-Cash (O2C) Reverse Logistics and Export Sales processes. The consultant will support senior functional leads in the design configuration testing and implementation of SAP S/4HANA SD solutions. The role requires understanding of end-to-end sales processes and the ability to assist in designing business process flows aligned with SAP best practices.

Key Responsibilities
Order-to-Cash (O2C) Process Support
Support the design and implementation of end-to-end O2C processes in SAP S/4HANA.
Understand and configure sales cycle activities including:
oCustomer Master Data
oInquiry and Quotation Management
oSales Order Processing
oAvailability Check (ATP)
oCredit Management
oPricing Procedures
oDelivery Processing
oTransportation and Shipment
oBilling and Invoicing
oCustomer Returns
oAccounts Receivable integration
Assist in requirement gathering workshops and business process discussions.
Reverse Logistics & Returns Management
Support the configuration and execution of reverse logistics processes.
Handle business scenarios involving:
oCustomer Returns
oReturn Orders
oReplacement Orders
oCredit Memo Requests
oRefund Processing
oGoods Inspection and Rejection
oRepair and Return Processes
Support integration with Warehouse Management (WM/EWM) and Inventory Management
