Skill VisionPlus Migration Lead

Past experience of leading migration project and leading the team

Understanding of the migration process and streams conversion data mapping implementation process mock runs

Project plan creation status reporting

Coordination and Communication - to coordinate with client at tech level workstreams leads

Tracking and making sure that all the work streams are progressing as per the project plan
