Job Responsibilities:

• Develop and manage brand strategies to enhance Netflix's brand presence in the market.

• Identify new market opportunities and develop strategies to capture them.
• Oversee budget management and ensure cost-effective marketing initiatives.

Essential Qualifications:

• Minimum of 10 years and a maximum of 13 years of experience in brand management or related fields.
• Proven track record of successful marketing campaigns and brand growth.
• Strong understanding of marketing performance metrics and consumer behavior analysis.
• Excellent stakeholder management skills and ability to work collaboratively.
• Proficient in developing strategies that drive brand engagement and loyalty.

Desired Experience:

• Experience in marketing within the entertainment or media industry is a plus.
• Familiarity with integrated marketing communications across digital and traditional platforms.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make strategic decisions.
