About the Role :

We are hiring a Senior Audit Lead Information Technology (Application Audit) for a leading private sector bank. This is a leadership role responsible for driving IT and Cyber Security audits, managing the complete audit lifecycle, and partnering with senior stakeholders to strengthen technology governance, risk management, and regulatory compliance.

Key Responsibilities :

- Lead end-to-end IT & Cyber Security audit planning and execution.

- Conduct Application Audits and deliver audits as per the annual audit plan.

- Identify technology risks and evaluate IT General Controls (ITGC), application controls, and cybersecurity controls.

- Prepare high-quality audit reports with practical, risk-based recommendations.

- Present audit findings and dashboards to senior management and CXO-level stakeholders.

- Track and drive closure of audit observations.

- Collaborate with business, technology, and audit teams to improve control effectiveness.

- Support audit transformation through data analytics, automation, and continuous auditing.

- Stay updated on regulatory guidelines, cybersecurity risks, and emerging technologies.

- Mentor and guide technology audit team members.

- B.Tech is mandatory.

- CA qualification will be an added advantage.
